Pokation- Toxeon

A poison-type eeveelution. All pokemon sprites used to create this pokation are included: sprites on the top contributed parts and shapes, sprites on the bottom contributed colors, all in order from most to least important.
Only used one sprite for the shape. I believe that's a record for me! Expect more eeveelutions.
